Spare wheel request

I recently bought a second hand Kia Sorento but it was supplied with a wheel and rim that is not compatible with the car. I am looking to purchase an original spare wheel and rim for the car. The car is fitted with the mechanism for the spare wheel and according to my owners manual this would be a slimline wheel. I have contacted the dealers in Witbank and they have told me that the part number does not exist and that the car does not get a spare wheel, it does not however have the mobility kit or the placement in the vehicle for the mobility kit. Can you please assist me with the relevant info to order the wheel complete

In January 2023 i purchased a demo kia seltos gt line 2023 model with 2600 km on the odo and in December 2023 i started to hear a whistling noise upon accelaration i thought probably thats the normal sound of the turbo. So i continued to use it as normal. I took it in to kia durban for diagnostics and only to find out that the turbo impeller was faulty. It was however replaced being it still under warranty. Kia's vision is movement to inspire. How can a turbo malfunction in less than a year? How can you reassure me that nothing else is faulty on this vehicle? I travel everyday with this vehicle with my family inside. How can you reassure me that we are safe? I am disappointed in your product. I should have went to Toyota or vw.2023

They said all the Kia 's are the same, refuse to rectify, this was brought to their attention within days

At first must emphasis the good service received from Kia manager and sales person.
Was very disappointed to see afterwards the interior carpet on the driver side wasn't up to standard, not properly installed, even the other kia sonnet on the floor have the same problem, how can you put this type of quality on the market? We did look all around but not in detail down as the loose protection carpet hide the problem, we would not bought this if we notice this, because we trust what we saw upper-appearance was all good. This is a major concern as we doubt the interior quality, and the fact we bought it a week ago, must pay for something (to us lot of money) doesn't meet standards
I took it into Kia for viewing, they arrange to attend to it on Monday, still it is not acceptable, for brand new car to have work done, feels like second hand...
Do have photos to proof the bad quality interior, even sent to Kia and they refuse to see this as something they will rectify,

BRACKENFELL KIA DEALERSHIP HAS THE WORSE AFTER SALE SERVICE EVER.. MY IMPRESSION OF THEM ..THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN SELLING YOU A CAR... ( WE PURCHASED A BRAND NEW VEHICLE IN JUNE 2023 .) AND ACCORDING TO A MESSAGE THAT APPEARED ON THE DASH IN JANUARY 2024, THE VEHICLE NEEDED TO BE BOOKED IN FOR IT'S FIRST SERVICE, ASAP. THE PEOPLE EMPLOYED AT THIS AFTER SERVICE RECEPTION, DON'T TAKE THEIR CUSTOMERS VERY SERIOUS THE MANAGER AT THIS RECEPTION CAN LIE WITH A STRAIGHT FACE AND IS FULL OF EXCUSES, NOT TO MENTION THE LADY THAT WORKS WITH HIM AT THIS RECEPTION. SHE FEELS THAT THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOUR BY DOING THEIR JOB SHE IS PAID TO DO. Engine overheating and almost blowing up

Good day, I recently bought a brand new KIA sonet form the Kia in alberton, within a matter of weeks the engine started overheating, which I was told by friends that this is a problem that the Kia sonet has and people are unhappy, I asked for help and I was not helped, eventually the engine burst and smoke started coming out of the engine and I had to stop and get people to help us evacuate from the car, it was a traumatic event as I thought I was going to die, my family and I. To make matters worse KIA assist came and picked the car up and left us women in the middle of CBD without transportation and means of getting home, I was panicking in the middle of CBD, I felt unsafe especially after the engine blew up. Do not buy the Kia sonet, you will put your life in danger.

Lost Key RIng and incomplete service

1. Kia Cape Town Multifranchise that is situated in Roggebaai, stole my Daughter's wool made key ring which has a sentimental value to her. Also the car is still having a service warning, and they are so arrogant as they denied evething we complained about.

Bad service experience

On 9 January 2024 i took my car for a service at your Paarl branch, Main rd. I was then informed by which i presumed was the service manager that they fo not took customers to Wellington knowlingly that i stayed on Wellington at the time i made the appointment. I was then told that my car will be serviced first and that i must wait for it. I then was informed that i must stay outside forcing me to sit opposite the street in the sin as they are busy with renovations. I then had to walked numerous times to enquire how far my vehicle is. I was then told that i must hust wait for the car to be washed and they will let me know... at that time i already established that my car was long done. My service complaint is that it is clear to me that they did not treat me professionally and my whole ordeal had a bad taste in my mouth. I will definitely not take my car back to them for its next service. Thanks David Manuel 072764****

I came into Kia of Hollywood, Fla. As a walk-in To have my 2023 sportage serviced, I was told I had to speak with Advisor Michael Troedel to see if I could be serviced, stood in his line with NO acknowledgement what so ever while he purposely spoke to a Caucasian women for an hour. Second Caucasian woman comes in line, he speaks to her still disregarding the fact I'm awaiting his approach to assist me. After complaining Tevin begins to assist me. Customer service from Michael is horrible and he should not be in customer service at all. I have never been so upset.

I need the title to the 2021 Kia, I have requested it 70th times since December, case #1612****, nobody helps me, nobody gets back to me, what do I have to do to get a Kia employee to help me, the 2024 sales are coming to an end, I need the title, I have payed twice, the second time I paid with a bank check and send it Priority Mail because the Texas Office has refused all help, it cost me EXTRA MONEY to pay off the vehicle, I need the title, this is my 70th request since December, case #1612****, nobody helps me, customer service wants me to pay extra money to talk to a "mechanic", I need the title, PLEASE HELP ME!!

No answer at Kia dealers in Klerksdorp, Potch and Edenvale. Really?

Trying to book an urgent service with a Kia provider in my area. I hit a pothole and need assistance. Unfortunately after an hour of searching on Google a Kia dealership who will answer a telephone, I am really disappointed and gatvol. Definately advice my company to move over to other companies who will be able or willing to pick up phones on weekends.
