My vehicle, KIA Picanto (MRB 786), was booked into Kia Northcliff for a warranty claim on the driver's seat and sunroof. Upon collection, I noticed that some damage had been caused to my vehicle. I immediately brought this to Sebastian's attention, and he instructed me to take pictures and send them to Rabia. The damage includes:
1. Two deep scratches on the inside of the driver's door
2. The driver's side speaker housing has melted
3. There is a deep scratch on the dashboard on the passenger side
4. There are deep scratches on the driver's side panel (where the seatbelt is)
5. The cables under the seat are laying loose
A week later, Sebastian asked me to bring the car to the dealership for them to assess. When I arrived at the dealership, Sebastian informed me that they would consult their panel beater to see if they could repair some of the damages (damages 1 & 4), which I do not want to be repaired. They are not taking any responsibility for the other two damages (damages 2 & 3).

I took my Kia Sportage to Kia in Pinetown for a warranty service and asked them to rotate my tires. After the service, I found that all of my rims were scratched and damaged.
I spoke to Suneel, who took pictures, and he advised me that management would contact me on Monday with feedback. I have picture evidence as well. I also did not receive any of the old parts that were serviced, which is normal practice when I serviced my vehicle previously at Kia Umhlanga.
I have had this vehicle since 2021 and have only received exceptional service from the Umhlanga and Pietermaritzburg branches. This experience surprised me, as the service today was the complete opposite of what I have come to expect from Kia.

I bought a Kia Soul 2013, ten years ago, kept up with the services, and never late until I paid it off this year. A month later, the engine blew.
Upon closer inspection, we found that the water had no antifreeze in due to the water channels being blocked. According to Liquid Capital and records will show, it was paid for.
I have records and photos that will prove my claim, as well as the mechanic who did the work. I am very upset about paying R500,000 for a vehicle I love, and due to carelessness, it's damaged.

Hello, we are, as you might expect, in the market for a new vehicle. We live in Titusville, Florida and went to the Jackson Kia dealer on 520 in Cocoa. It was August 7th in the morning. We explained to Jason that we are in the process of putting some money together and would be buying in about 3 weeks. He was great with us, answered all our questions, took us for a test drive, and even had us considering an upgrade. We were practically sold for when we come back.
Then, he said, 'Let me just introduce you to my manager real quick before you go.' That's where things went bad. The Manager wanted to put us in a car that day and wouldn't take no for an answer. He gave reasons against every one of the reasons we gave him for waiting and we just had to apologize to Jason and walk out. We resolved to spend our $45,000 cash at another dealership. Here's our real problem, I'm disabled and would love to have just 1 or 2 of the options that are only available in the higher trims as they would help me physically; but the manager, who needed to revert back to our sales person Jason to get an answer to every one of our questions (how can a manager not know every product being sold?), said it can't be done. Period.
Can you help a disabled guy out and tell me how to buy a car and have it be a good and pleasant experience? I'd really like to know how that feels just once in my life.

Shocking service
It's been a week from when I've been to the dealership with regards to a fault that keeps popping up. Problem for a year not resolved.
They wanted an active warning I went in with it, it's a week later no help. It's a braking problem so there is a safety aspect, but no care from Kia.

I bought my car in December 2023 on the 11th and in January 2024 I experienced problems(Brakes)with the car and a fan sound.Took it back and they said there was nothing wrong and still the problem continued only after the 3rd time they skimmed the brakes.still the sound of fan was Der up until i took it back on the 30 of May after endless attempts to get help from the dealership.Up until today I haven't heard anything from the dealership nor do I have a car to get by.
All am asking for is for the dealership to take their car back as I don't feel safe and I've never enjoyed driving the car always have to worry whilst am behind the wheel.I would go look for something else as they don't take their customers serious all they do is promise to get back to you and they never do all they do is resign and leave u hanging.

In January 2023 i purchased a demo kia seltos gt line 2023 model with 2600 km on the odo and in December 2023 i started to hear a whistling noise upon accelaration i thought probably thats the normal sound of the turbo. So i continued to use it as normal.
I took it in to kia durban for diagnostics and only to find out that the turbo impeller was faulty.
It was however replaced being it still under warranty.
Kia's vision is movement to inspire.
How can a turbo malfunction in less than a year?
How can you reassure me that nothing else is faulty on this vehicle?
I travel everyday with this vehicle with my family inside. How can you reassure me that we are safe?
I am disappointed in your product.
I should have went to Toyota or vw.2023

I'm not happy with the service that I received at KIA Weltevreden Park from their Finance/Account Officer, Johannes Visagie, who misled me when I signed for my car purchase. I put down a deposit when I bought my car and made it clear to him that I wanted to have a fixed installment until I finished paying for the car.
He agreed to this but never kept his end of the deal. Every month, my installments were increasing and I tried to contact him but never got a response. He also told me that my car was on a motor plan until 120,000KM. To my surprise today, when I took my car in for service, I was informed that the last service ended at 90,000km.
I called him to jog his memory, as I had not planned for this, and to my surprise again, he said he doesn't remember having that conversation with me.
Yet the motor plan says I'm covered until 3 and a half years, and I'm not even at 3 years yet. So, anyone who goes in and signs any agreement with him should know that the moment you walk out of the dealership, everything that you have discussed and agreed on will be history.

They said all the Kia 's are the same, refuse to rectify, this was brought to their attention within days
Was very disappointed to see afterwards the interior carpet on the driver side wasn't up to standard, not properly installed, even the other kia sonnet on the floor have the same problem, how can you put this type of quality on the market? We did look all around but not in detail down as the loose protection carpet hide the problem, we would not bought this if we notice this, because we trust what we saw upper-appearance was all good. This is a major concern as we doubt the interior quality, and the fact we bought it a week ago, must pay for something (to us lot of money) doesn't meet standards
I took it into Kia for viewing, they arrange to attend to it on Monday, still it is not acceptable, for brand new car to have work done, feels like second hand...
Do have photos to proof the bad quality interior, even sent to Kia and they refuse to see this as something they will rectify,

On 16 February 2024; I concluded a written Sale Agreement for the sale and purchase of a SUZUKI SWIFT 1.2 GA with Chassis no MBHCZC63S00A21310 and registration no: KT 75 YP GP.
The purchase price was: R147,739.13 only.
MFC paid your dealership an amount of R209,043.51 in this regard.
the purchase was inflated with an amount of R30 783.00 for add-ons/extra that I never requested or consented to, the sales agent who assisted me confirmed this and I was told a credit note would be issued.
Now Kia Silverton is refusing to refund.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I was refunded fully they were very forthcoming
My Kia Picanto 1.2 EX 2015 indicator lights and hazards were not working. My wife took it to Kia Boksburg on 10/05/2024 to be diagnosed.
The diagnosis report identified the problem as a faulty junction box, citing an 'internal failure of the junction'. The quote for the junction repair will be R10413.60, but I declined the quote. On 11/05/2024, I took it to another technician. He found that the fuse was okay, so he went to the flasher relay, found that it was faulty, and replaced it.
After that, the indicators and hazard lights worked.
He didn't even see a necessity to check the junction box. I went to Kia to demand my R1035.00 back for the misdiagnosis, so the case for a refund is being handled by gregb@***.co.za.
